Jipsy at Ambience Mall Gurugram, completed in 2026, is a 714 sq.ft. unit built as a full turnkey scope — all-over electrical, flooring, partition paneling, façade, all ACP work, all-over store paint and folding shutters.
A Madame store in Gurgaon followed in 2025 across 1,800 sq.ft. Two furniture commissions were also delivered locally in 2024: a 14-seater solid walnut conference table for a law firm, and a handcrafted leather and molded teak lounge chair.
Mall fitout in Gurugram
Each mall operates its own fitout regime, but the pattern is consistent: hoarding first, material through a booked service lift, loud work after trading hours, and a handover inspection that will not pass a store carrying unfinished snags.
A 714 sq.ft. unit gives you no room to store materials on site, so sequencing deliveries to arrive on the night they are installed matters more than it would on a larger floorplate.
Corporate and residential commissions
Gurugram's corporate density brings work that is not retail at all — boardroom tables, reception desks and one-off seating for offices and private clients. Both of our completed furniture commissions came from this market, and both were engineering problems as much as joinery ones.
