Completed work in Dehradun
The Madame store at Mall of Dehradun was delivered in 2024 for Jain Amar across 1,200 sq.ft. Scope covered all-over electrical, flooring, partition paneling, façade work, store paint, rolling shutter, mirror work, floor fixtures and a Barrisol stretch ceiling.
It is the broadest single-store scope in our portfolio, and the Barrisol ceiling in particular is a specialist install rather than standard shopfitting.
Delivering outside Delhi NCR
A project several hundred kilometres from the factory removes the safety net NCR work has: you cannot re-make a panel and re-deliver it the same afternoon. The response is to front-load quality control — fixtures are dry-assembled and checked completely at our Delhi facility before dispatch, and consumables and spares travel with the consignment rather than being sourced locally under pressure.
Site supervision runs continuously rather than in visits. A supervisor on site for the full programme costs far less than one wrong dispatch.
Tier-2 mall retail
Brands entering tier-2 cities generally hold the specification they use in metros while facing thinner local availability for specialist finishes. Barrisol, precision ACP work and brand-matched fixtures are exactly the items that tend to get substituted locally — and substitution is what makes a tier-2 store look different from the flagship.
