Completed work in Greater Noida
The Power store at Omaxe Connaught Place Mall, Greater Noida, is a 570 sq.ft. footwear unit completed in 2024 for Bata. Scope covered all-over electrical, flooring, partition paneling, façade work, all-over store paint, rolling shutter and mirror work.
That store formed part of a wider programme: eight Power stores delivered across Delhi NCR.
Compact mall units
At 570 sq.ft. a footwear unit has no back-of-house to speak of. Stock handling, the cash counter, the fitting bench and the display wall all compete for the same floor, and the fixture layout has to be resolved on paper before anything is cut — there is no room to adjust on site.
Small units also concentrate wear. Every customer passes the same two metres of flooring, so the specification at those points has to be chosen for abuse rather than for appearance alone.
Rollout stores rather than one-offs
Most chain retail arriving in Noida is store four or store seven of a programme, not store one. The specification is already frozen and the brand expects this store to match the others exactly. Batch-producing components at our Delhi facility and releasing them per store is what makes that repeatable.
