The Jockey store at Kamla Nagar covers 1,335 sq.ft. and was delivered in 2026 as a full turnkey scope: all-over electrical, flooring, partition paneling and gypsum ceiling, façade, all ACP work and all-over store paint.
The Louis Philippe store in Delhi, completed in 2025 across 1,800 sq.ft., used industrial-chic wooden and metal shelving systems with integrated lighting.
What high-street fitout in Delhi actually involves
Kamla Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Karol Bagh and South Extension share constraints that mall units do not have. Frontages are narrow and often shared. Vehicle access for material delivery is time-restricted. Power supply to the unit may need upgrading before anything else can proceed. Neighbouring shops keep trading throughout, so noise and debris are a daily negotiation rather than a clause in a manual.
Programmes for high-street stores are built around delivery windows first. Getting panels to the door is frequently harder than installing them.
Our manufacturing facility is in Delhi
Many shopfitting contractors broker fabrication to third-party workshops. It works until something needs to change — and on a retail programme something always needs to change, usually late, usually after a site survey contradicts the drawing.
Controlling our own floor means a revision is scheduled rather than negotiated. Being in Delhi means it is also a short road move rather than a freight booking, so a fixture can be re-made and re-delivered inside the same programme week. That is what makes a fixed opening date survivable.
Dry assembly before dispatch
Fixtures are assembled at the factory exactly as they will stand in the store, then taken apart for transport. It sounds like duplicated effort and it removes most installation-night failures: bracket alignment, panel fit, finish consistency across a run and lighting integration are all confirmed on our own floor.
Quality is inspected before dispatch instead of discovered at installation, when the only options are accept it or miss the opening date.
