The Challenge
High-street retail in Kamla Nagar means restricted vehicle access, a narrow shared frontage, and neighbouring shops trading throughout the build. Material cannot simply be delivered when it is ready — it arrives inside a permitted window or it does not arrive. Noise, dust and debris are a daily negotiation with adjacent traders rather than a clause in a mall fitout manual.
Our Solution
The programme was built around delivery windows first and trades second. Fixtures were fabricated and dry-assembled at the factory so that on-site time was assembly rather than construction, which cut both the noise footprint and the number of vehicle movements. Gypsum ceiling and partition work were sequenced to close out before finishes began, so the ACP façade and final paint were not exposed to overhead trades.
